Espresso Peppa

Espresso Peppa is a beautiful blend that uses the naturally moist and light French Grey sea salt and includes fresh ground South American coffee - ground to an espresso-texture so it's very fine and red peppercorn.  At first glance, it may sound like an odd pairing; however these flavors work exceptionally well and will really elevate the flavor profile in whatever dish they are used.
 
Can be used on steaks, roasts, burgers (including veggie or seafood burgers), bacon, even brownies or ice cream!
