The Story of our Start

Our blends are lovingly made in South Carolina, USA and made their debut to the world on November 9, 2020. 

Having loved ones who were constantly experiencing allergic reactions from commercially produced seasonings, our creator decided to take matters into her own hands.  Trying to determine if seasonings were gluten-free, whether they may have MSG, corn, or other filler-related ingredients included really took a toll on the desire to -- just cook the damned food, LOL. 

Answering the questions for ourselves was important. Is this allergy-friendly? Is there possible cross contamination? How long has this been here? Are these spices "real"? (non-GMO). By creating blends which are made from whole herbs and spices, we know exactly what's in the blend, how long it's been sitting there, and that it is, in fact, allergy-friendly and with no cross contamination. FINALLY resolve and peace of mind to...you guessed it, just cook the damned food, :-). 

While we are still in the infancy stage of our business, Earth & Field Salt Company is dedicated to creating unique, small batch, hand-crafted sea salt blends that are delicious, safe for a vast variety of diets and from reliable sources.  As we grow, our intention is to foster relationships with farmers and growers as our direct suppliers, tightening the supply chain to create an unparalleled experience for our valued customers.
